LAST SAN MATEO HIGH SCHOOL MEET & GREET EVENT

FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS & FAMILIES - NOV. 13TH AT 6:30 PM

 

Come & meet Principal Yvonne Shiu, members of the Administrative Team, Teachers from various departments as well as current SMHS Parents and Students & learn about the incredible programs available at SMHS, from Biotechnology & Computer Science to Mandarin on Monday, November 13th, 6:30-8 pm at 45 Stonepine Road in Hillsborough. This is the perfect opportunity for any questions you have, especially if you were not able to get a shadow date or attend our 8th Grade Family Night.

Attention 8th-grade families!

It is time to start the enrollment process for high school

 

Important Dates

  • November 6, 2017- Phone lines open to create an appointment. Please click HERE to do the online booking or come into the Office of Student Services at 839 Hinckley Road, Burlingame to setup an appointment.
  • December 5, 2017- Priority 1 Enrollment begins. All appointments will be taken first. Walk-ins are welcome but will only be served after appointments
  • February 16, 2018-  Last day for Priority 1 Enrollment & last day to apply for Intra-District Transfer or Sibling Transfer.
  • March 2018 date TBA: Lottery drawing for all Intra-District Transfer Requests
  • July 2018 date TBA: Summer Census (all students are required to update emergency contacts, health, and mandated notification

 

Gather Your Information

All families will need to provide documentation. For a list of documents needed for enrollment click on "Proof of Residency". 

Bring the proof of residency and additional registration documents to the enrollment appointment.  After providing proof of residency, families will be given a personalized ‘snapcode’ that will allow access to the District’s on-line enrollment system.  

Once the residency verification and enrollment process is complete student’s are eligible to participate in high school programming

Reminders this is for grades 6-8 only.

  1. A parent account is different than the student account.
  2. You will need the ID number for your child.
  3. You will need an email account.
  4. If you have more than one child here at NSM you only need one account.  From your portal you should see student account and find the words add student.

How to register - click on the blue register now button and follow the directions.
